Terms of Service
Welcome to BC Consult. These terms govern our professional relationship and ensure transparency in all our consulting and financial coaching services across South Africa.
1. Payment Structure
Invoices are generated based on your selected coaching plan or project requirements. Our process begins once the initial payment is confirmed, with the concluding amount due upon final delivery or predetermined milestones.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of professional consulting, fees paid for completed work or delivered coaching sessions are non-refundable. If a project is terminated early, you will only be billed for the hours or milestones already completed.
3. Cancellation of Services
Cancellations of individual coaching sessions require at least 24 hours' notice. For long-term consulting agreements, either party may terminate the project with 14 days' written notice, provided all outstanding work is settled.
4. Client Responsibilities
To maintain project momentum, clients are responsible for providing signed contracts and necessary approvals before services begin. Delays in providing requested documentation or feedback may result in adjusted timelines.
5. Confidentiality & Ethics
BC Consult maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client data and business strategies. We adhere to professional ethical standards and comply with the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act in South Africa.
